FIELD: adaptation of farming to the use of electric power.
SUBSTANCE: the differential apparatus has a pulse generator connected to the conductors of the power supply line, monitoring unit with a signal device, supervisory relay with a contact, standard leakage circuit connected in parallel to the testing circuit and having a contact and a resistor producing the standard leakage current.
EFFECT: provided periodic self-testing for detection of appearance of a short circuit and informing of the user about it.
