FIELD: food industry, canned food industry.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with technology of manufacturing meat-plant canned food. The latter should be manufactured due to cutting and stewing onion in melted animal fat, chopping and freezing fresh white cabbage, cutting beef stomach and dill greens followed by mixing the above-mentioned components without oxygen supply together with tomato paste, bitter black pepper, Jamaica pepper, laurel and common salt. The mixture obtained should be packed together with bony broth to be sealed hermetically and sterilized. This enables to manufacture canned food of higher digestibility against analogous culinary dishes.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
