FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises two flat knifes mounted in the guides for permitting simultaneous counter plane-parallel movement. Each knife has pressing plane, plane with cutting edge, and bearing edge. The pressing plane of one of the knifes from the front side and plane with the cutting edge of the mating knife are parallel to the bearing edges of the knifes. From the back side, the plane with the cutting edge of one of the knife and pressing plane of the mating knife are inclined in opposite directions at the same angle.
EFFECT: simplified servicing.
