FIELD: control of supply of combustible gas through supply pipe line.

SUBSTANCE: proposed unit includes valve seat in pipe line, gate member connected with seat, actuating mechanism operating from electric motor and acting on gate member for opening/closing the valve seat, as well as electromagnetic unit with one part carrying the magnetizing winding and second part which may be rigidly secured on first part by magnetizing. Electromagnetic unit is connected with actuating mechanism for acting on gate member for opening/closing the valve seat irrespective of working position of actuating mechanism after arising of definite conditions which require closing of valve seat; actuating mechanism may move together with second part of electromagnetic unit for control of gate member during motion for opening/closing the valve seat; first part of electromagnetic unit is connected with fixed part of valve seat.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability and compactness of valve; simplified construction.
