FIELD: oil-and-gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil-and-gas producing industry, in particular, to equipment for making perforation channels of great length. Device contains a drive module containing a serious-connected electric motor located within the scope of the case with a working fluid, a multistage planetary gear reducer, the output stage of which is connected to a cam; a gear-driven pair connected to a circulation pump that transfers rotation to a swivel attached to a hollow rod, which provide rotation and extension of the hollow flexible shaft with a cutting tool, and a hydraulic pump with a hydraulic system articulated with the specified cam, and also a module for fixing the device in the well, containing a curvilinear deflector, a pressing unit, a spring-loaded constant pressing force valve and a return unit connected by rods to the drive module, as well as a hydraulic pump-driven tightening unit that moves the drive module to the device fixing module fixed in the wellbore, and a potentiometric resistance sensor for indicating displacement of the flexible shaft with the cutting tool connected to the drive module and the device fixing module; the hydraulic system connecting the hydraulic pump with the safety valve, as well as with the pressure control valve and with the under-valve space of the spring-loaded constant pressure valve, the over-valve space of which is connected with a hydraulic channel to the over-piston space of the pressure unit piston. The constant load pressing valve piston is equipped with a stem interacting with the return assembly. A three-phase asynchronous motor with a motor squirrel-cage rotor is used as an electric engine. The mechanism of the potentiometric resistance sensor is connected with an adapter sub fitted with a screw bar movable inside the hollow branch pipe, which is connected by its end to the fixing module. At the entrance of the screw bar into the hollow branch pipe, a blind plug with a slot is installed with the ability to move the screw bar along it, which has a length L corresponding to the depth of the hollow flexible shaft exit with the cutting tool into the casing, cement and rock and is made with the screw thread cutting section with a long pitch L1 and the screw threading section with a short pitch L2, the length of which corresponds to the casing wall thickness. The length of the hollow branch pipe corresponds to a depth L equal to L1+L2. One of the stages of the multistage planetary gear reducer acts as an accelerating mechanism of the electric motor and contains a crown wheel made with a cam and placed on bearings, and a sun wheel, kinematically connected to the specified electric motor. There is a protrusion on the reductor case that interacts with the cam of the crown wheel when it rotates.
EFFECT: increased working life of the device power mechanisms drive, increased reliability, as well as advanced functionality.
