FIELD: railways.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of maintenance of the upper structure of a railway track, in particular to a hand tool for attaching a rail on a sleeper, as well as to an attachment kit for attaching a rail on a sleeper. The tool contains a case with a socket for a battery, an electric engine, an executive unit. The executive unit contains two sponges. Sponges are made with the possibility of engagement with a locking element and an anchor socket. Sponges are moved relatively to each other due to the executive unit for installing the locking element in a locking socket. The attachment kit contains an attachment system and an attachment tool. The attachment system contains an anchor socket, a connecting means of fixing and a locking element.
EFFECT: installation of a rail attachment is provided by a manual battery tool.
