FIELD: plants for separation of gases, in particular, may be applicable for separation of air with extraction of oxygen, nitrogen of an enhanced purity.
SUBSTANCE: the plant for separation of gases by the method of double rectification has a lower column, condenser and an upper column. The engaged sections of the lower and upper columns are made of parallel arranged tubes filled with a bulk packing. The columns have distributing plates positioned above each engaged section for supply of liquid to its each tube. A distributor of gas flow for supply of gas to each tube of the engaged section of the lower column us positioned in the still of the lower column. Each distributing plate has distributing devices according to the number of tubes of the respective engaged section. Each distributing device includes a tube with two or more branches perpendicular to it, the upper of them serves as an overflow one, and the other or the rest of them have calibrated holes for supply of liquid.
EFFECT: reduced overall dimensions and the cost of the plant, enhanced quality of the products of air separation.
