FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed coaxial line characterized in ability of transferring high-frequency radiation of higher than 1 MW due to improved cooling has internal conductor capable of carrying cooling medium. The latter can be supplied and discharged through hollow supports made of insulating material. For instance, using liquid cooling medium greatly reduces mass practically without reducing cooling efficiency when tube of smaller diameter is disposed in internal conductor and cooling medium flows only through annular space between this tube and internal conductor.
EFFECT: enhanced cooling capabilities of coaxial line.
