SUBSTANCE: proposed device for decoding error correction code and in particular block code of given data bit and block length functions to determine data on character position designed for displacing each character received using information of block code generation matrix having k lines and n columns, as well as IFHT size information designed for IFHT execution with respect to characters received; each received character is shifted as IFHT block input in compliance with definite data on character position, displaced characters are entered, and IFHT is executed for characters, whereupon code word of block code having minimal correlation value among those obtained in IFHT execution is outputted as decoded signal.
EFFECT: enhanced decoding precision.
