SUBSTANCE: four input data bits are received, these four input data bits are coded using various length 16 Walsh codes, and stream of 24 coded characters is produced using stream of 16 coded characters obtained by using EXCLUSIVE OR statement for coded data input bits in EXCLUSIVE OR statement; stream of 16 coded characters is repeated once and stream of 32 coded characters is obtained; then characters 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 16 are excluded from 32 coded characters, and stream of 24 coded characters is obtained at output.
