FIELD: mobile communications technologies.

SUBSTANCE: encoding method and device of dedicated channel encoder and encoder of shared use direct communication line channel in transmitter for mobile communications system, containing dedicated channel encoder and for encoding k bits of 10 input bits of transport format combination pointer and shared use direct communication line channel encoder for encoding other 10-k bits of input bits of transport format combination bits are enclosed. Method includes generating using encoder of dedicated line of first stream of encoded bits by encoding k input bits into 32 bits, and outputting a stream of 3k +1 bits by penetrating first stream of encoded bits in accordance to certain mask template, appropriate for value k, and forming by encoder of shared use direct communication line channel of second stream of encoded bits by encoding 10-k of input bits into 32 bit, and outputting stream of 3*(10-k)+1 bits by penetrating second stream of encoded bits in accordance to certain mask template, appropriate for 10-k value.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of method and device, containing implementation of said method.
