FIELD: medicine, oncology.
SUBSTANCE: one should detect the value of available radionuclides 59Fe in diagnosed area of mammary glands, moreover, in case when one mammary gland is healthy at detecting the presence of nodes one should apply the difference in the values of available radionuclides in right- and left-hand mammary glands to be compared with threshold value; in case of the disease in both mammary glands, or in case when one gland is after operation one should detect the availability of nodes according to the value of available radionuclides 59Fe in right- and left-hand mammary glands to be compared with a standard value; and in case of excessive values - either threshold or standard ones, correspondingly, the state of diagnosed area should be evaluated as pathology, in case of pathology one should treat this area with preparation indinol at the content of indole-3-carbinol being up to 98% of pure weight at the dosage of about 350-500 mg daily; then, 25-35 d later one should repeat the same testing and if the mentioned difference of the value of available radionuclides exceeds either a threshold or the standard value, correspondingly, one should continue therapy course till the next inspection, and, in such a way till the moment when the mentioned difference should be equal or less against the preset threshold or standard value, correspondingly, or, when total therapy course doesn't exceed the preset time interval. The present innovation enables to detect small-sized nodes being of 5 mm size.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of diagnostics.
