ISOTHERMAL HYDRAULIC SHOCK-ABSORBER Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC F16F9/52

Abstract RU 2280791 C1

FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: isothermal hydraulic shock-absorber comprises hydraulic cylinder with fluid, piston, and rod. The above-piston and under-piston spaces are interconnected through passages made in the piston and additional passage made in the rod. The flow rate of the fluid in the additional passage is controlled by means of a bimetallic plate or plate made of a material with the shape memory effect depending on the fluid temperature.

EFFECT: enhanced stability of the shock-absorber.
