FIELD: gas-processing industry and cryogenic equipment, particularly for natural and other gas liquefaction.
SUBSTANCE: method involves pre-cooling and drying direct flow of high-pressure natural gas; cooling and throttling the direct flow; separating vapor-and-liquid mixture into vapor and liquid fractions and using vapor phase as reverse flow to cool the direct flow. Direct flow exiting preliminary heat-exchanger is cleaned by adsorption operation and is cooled to condensation point. Then the direct flow is cleaned of solid injuries, throttled and supercooled. Condensed flow is divided into two ones. One flow is used as reverse flow for direct flow cooling, another flow is throttled and divided into vapor fraction (waste flow) and liquid fraction (product flow). The product flow is discharged from the plant. The waste flow is heated and then used as regenerative flow during desorption operation execution.
EFFECT: increased natural gas liquefaction factor and natural gas use factor.
