FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cryogenic equipment. Method consists in the fact that gas drying, cleaning, cooling and liquefaction processes are carried out in two parallel crimps operating alternately in cooling or heating modes. High pressure compressed gas is fed into cryogenic block, in which it is cooled using cold flow of purge gas. Then, gas is cooled by recoil cold recovery, liquefied components, crystalline hydrates are separated, then high pressure gas stream is separated into process and production streams. Process flow is supercooled by expansion in expander, filtered, mixed with uncondensed gas flow and fed backflow. Production flow is cooled, impurities which have passed into crystalline state are separated in filter-separator, condensed, filtered in filter-trap, throttled and separated formed vapour-liquid flow to vapour and liquid phases in separating accumulator. Non-condensed stream is mixed with supercooled process gas flow. Portion of the return flow is supplied to an inlet of low pressure of the expander.
EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of natural gas liquefaction process, reduces value of specific electric power consumption, simplifies instrumentation of the process.
