FIELD: computer engineering, engineering of systems for digital program control of machine tool stations.
SUBSTANCE: universal training complex contains a system of digital program control, feeding drive by two and more coordinates. To optimize precision of programs, developed for machines with digital program control, universal training complex additionally includes a load in form of electrical powder brake for each coordinate, positioned on the same axis with feeding drive, and (sensor of position of appropriate coordinate) sensor of angular movements along each coordinate. Also, device contains block for transformation of technological parameters to electrical signal, block for registration of trajectory movements and their deviations.
EFFECT: optimized precision of development of controlling programs, optimized complex training of specialists in working with digital program controls.
