FIELD: building, particularly apparatus or methods for cement mixing with other substances, namely to produce foamed concrete mixes.
SUBSTANCE: mixer comprises drive mounted on cart, control panel, control equipment, compressed air and water supply system, body with loading hatch and unloading pipe installed on cart and extended at an angle to horizontal plane, rotor with blades installed in the body and compressed air supply nipple. The mixer is also provided with elastic members made as hose with microscopic orifices located in body grooves and adapted to supply air. The mixer comprises ready mix density control means. The body has cavities A, B, C. The blades are of screw type. Some blades are left-handed and located in cavity A, another blades are right-handed and arranged in cavities B and C. Elastic water supply member is installed in cavity A. Elastic air supply member is located in cavity C.
