FIELD: mechanics; construction.
SUBSTANCE: baromixer for preparation of foam concrete, concrete mixes and construction mortars consists of a wheel-mounted body positioned at an angle relative to the horizon line, a bladed rotor, an electric drive, a control panel, a compressed air and water supply system, a compressed air delivery nipple, a discharge nipple and a recoverably deformed elastic packer with microholes. Above the rotor there is a coaxially positioned flow splitter mounted represented by a thin-walled rotary body attached to the baromixer body with the help of jibs. Between the flow splitter and the rotor there is a coaxially positioned bladed shell mounted onto the rotor.
EFFECT: highly intensive agitation of heavy concrete mixes.
