FIELD: building industry; method and devices for unloading of the concrete mixture from the baromixers.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of building industry and is intended for application in the building industry, in particular, in baromixers used for preparation of the concrete mixtures. The method of unloading of the concrete mixtures from the baromixers includes feeding in the cavity of the baromixer of the compressed air with the calculated pressure for unloading of the concrete mixture. At that for saving the power necessary for production of the compressed air and also for reduction of duration of the cycle of the concrete mixture unloading the part of the compressed air remained in the cavity of the baromixer after the unloading of the concrete mixture is let to gravity flow into the cavity of the following baromoxer, and the second part of the compressed air after equalization of the pressure in both cavities pumping into the cavity of the following baromixer is forced by the air compressor bringing the pressure in its cavity up to the calculated value. The method is realized with the help of the device including baromixers with the unloading branch-pipes, gates of injection of the compressed air, which are connected with a pneumatic drive of injection and the air compressor, the oil-moisture separator. At that for the compressed air pumping-over from the cavity of one baromixer into the cavity of another baromixer, these baromixers are supplied with the pumping-out valves and are connected with each other by the pumping-out pneumatic drive connected to the compressor. At that the pneumatic drives of the pumping-in and pumping-out are connected among themselves by pressure-relief valve. The technical result of the invention is reduction of the time duration necessary for preparation of concrete mixture and of the power input necessary for production of the compressed air.
EFFECT: the invention ensures reduction of the time duration necessary for preparation of concrete mixture and of the power input necessary for production of the compressed air.
