FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to positive displacement rotary machines and it can be used in compressors, pumps and internal combustion engines. Proposed rotary machine contains hollow cylindrical housing 1 with working medium inlet and outlet channels, end face covers 6, two assembly coaxial blades sealed by assembly sealings along end face surfaces of rotors 9, 10 and end face covers. Said assembly sealings consist of three split metal rings 17, 18, 19 of different diameter. Outer diameter of pair of rings 17, 18 strictly coincides with inner diameter of bore of rotors 9, 10 and end face covers 6 which is inner diameter of blade working chambers. Pair of rings 17, 18 is fitted for movement on smaller diameter ring. Width of said rings coincides with width of smaller ring 19. Pair of outer rings is radially spring-loaded by coiled ring spring fitted in grooves along inner diameter of smaller ring 19. All three rings 17, 18, 19 are spring-loaded in axial direction by flat wavy ring spring fitted in ring groove of end face surface of rotors and covers. Splits of sealing rings are shifted relative to each other through 120° and are fixed relative to each other, rotor and end face cover by means of pair of dowels.
EFFECT: improved reliability of end face sealings owing to reduction of leaks of working medium and friction, increased efficiency of rotary machine.
