FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: rotor engine has cylindrical housing with passageways for supplying and discharging fluid and end face covers, shaft coaxially mounted in bearings, blade rotors mounted on the shaft to form working chambers, spring-loaded sealing members received in the grooves on the surface of the blades, and spring-loaded split sealing rings set in bores in the end face covers. Each of two coaxial rotors has one blade and hubs provided with single-side clutches to allow torque to be transmitted to the shaft. Under each hub on the shaft is a gear rim. The blades from the side opposite to the direction of rotation of the rotors are provided with lever mechanisms, which are made up as a lever with a free end that bears on the inner side of the cylindrical housing and spring-loaded pusher with a head, which can engage the gear rim of the shaft when pusher moves to the center of rotation of the rotor. The sides of the blades are provided with a flexible member. The opening in the housing for discharging fluid is made up as a solid slot. The opening for supplying fluid is made up as a dashed slot. A distance between the slots for supplying and discharging fluid is not as small as the thickness of the portion of the blade that abuts against the housing. Twin spring-loaded sealing plates are provided with a spring expander. The sides of the plates that face the surface of the working chamber are step. The sides of the blades that abuts against the housing are provided with magnets. Downstream of the inlet slot on the housing is at least one conducting loop that can generate an electric pulse for control of the drive of a valve in the passageway for supplying fluid.
