FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopedics and may be applicable for surgical access to the hip joint in endoprosthesis replacement. Perform a skin incision with a length of 6.5–8.5 cm, the upper half of the skin incision is arcuately deflected at an angle of 10–15 degrees anteriorly. After disengagement of the skin and subcutaneous tissue, the broad fascia of the thigh is cut in the same way, and the incision is extended in the downward and upward direction 1.5–2 cm beyond the edge of the skin incision for better wound disengagement and visualization. In the upper section, they flatly penetrate to the joint capsule through the gap between the anterior margin of the musculus gluteus medius, the posterior margin of the musculus gluteus minimus, and the tensor fascie latae without their separation and dissection.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce blood loss, reduce the time of operation assistance.
