FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery and can be used in traumatology and orthopaedics in hip joint surgeries, both in primary, and repeated operations, and in primary replacement and repeated replacement. The fascia lata is S-dissected perpendicularly to the first longitudinal section so that a cross point of the longitudinal section and S-section lies in a projection of an apex of the greater trochanter.
EFFECT: method allows increasing an angle of the operative approach, field of view and manipulations.
