Abstract RU 2281725 C1

FIELD: ophthalmology; surgery.

SUBSTANCE: artificial crystalline lens with graduated intraocular change in focal power corresponding to changes in refractivity has haptic and optic parts. Haptic part of crystalline lens is made of two halves. First half has internal curved cavity starting from its edge surface. Second half has curved arc-shaped pin. Both halves are made for reciprocal motion along arc till curved arc-shaped pin starts to interact with internal curved arc-shaped cavity and of joints of edge surfaces of both halves. Internal surface of haptic part interacts with ring-shaped recess made in case of optic part to fix its position relatively haptic part. Haptic part has at least two arc-shaped support members.

EFFECT: graduated intraocular correction of myopia, hypermetropia, anisometropia and induced ametropia with minimized traumatism.
