FIELD: ophthalmology; surgery.

SUBSTANCE: artificial crystalline lens with graduated intraocular change in focal power corresponding to changes in refractivity is made combined. Artificial lens has haptic part in form of open ring made for change in its geometric shape to mount or remove of optic part. Optic part is made of two parts: main lens and additional symmetrical base connected with the lens. Front surface of additional base coincides with rear surface of main lens. Back surface of additional base has to be flat surface. Point of connection of main lens and additional base has configurative hollows which interact with surface of open ring. Open ring is provided with at least two arc-shaped support members.

EFFECT: graduated intraocular correction of myopia, hypermetropia, anisometropia and induced ametropia with minimal traumatism.
