FIELD: ophthalmologic surgery.
SUBSTANCE: artificial crystalline lens with weighed intraocular change in focal power corresponding to changes in refraction has optical and haptic parts. Optical part has one or two lenses disposed one behind the other onto common axis of central symmetry of artificial crystalline lens; optical part is made for reciprocal movement. Haptic part has screw-shaped surface which interacts with optical part onto which part at least two flat grooves are made, which are installed in vertical and are disposed diametrically and in parallel to each other. Lenses have concave or convex surfaces of rotation of at least first order; flat protrusions of the lenses are disposed diametrically to each other. Haptic part is provided with at least two arc-shaped support members. Widths of grooves equal to 0,1-0,3 of widths of flat grooves.
EFFECT: reduced traumatism of weighed intraocular correction of myopia, hypermetropia, anisometropia and induced ametropia.
