FIELD: ophthalmology; surgery.

SUBSTANCE: artificial crystalline lens with graduated intraocular change in focal power correspondingly to changes in refractivity is made of parts. Haptic part is made of two rings, first and second ones, and trapezoid-shaped protrusions connected with optic part. First closed ring has to flat closed ring. Peripheral part of first ring is provided with at least three L-shaped arms which protrude upwards. L-shaped arms interact with trapezoid-shaped protrusions of optic part; trapezoid-shaped protrusions are installed in at least three points. Shorter part of protrusions is turned to center of optic part. Longer part of protrusions interacts with L-shaped arms and with first ring. Second support ring is installed between protrusions.

EFFECT: graduated intraocular correction of myopia, hypermetropia, anisometropia and induced ametropia.
