SUBSTANCE: one should carry out acupuncture therapy into microacupuncture areas of patient's wrist and foot. In case of phantom pains in the stump of the upper limb one should puncture with 5-6 needles due to stimulating technique into projection manual area at the foot from the side of the stump of the upper limb. In 5-7 min on removing these needles due to braking technique one should puncture projection manual area at contralateral side, also with 5-6 needles. In case of phantom pains in the stump of the lower limb one should puncture with 5-6 needles due to stimulating technique the projection area of a leg at the wrist from the side of the stump of the lower limb. In 5-7 min on removing these needles with braking technique with the help of 5-6 needles - for projection area of the leg at contralateral wrist. The innovation considerably simplifies therapy of phantom pains.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
