FIELD: medicine; oncology.
SUBSTANCE: during taking of cyclophosphan chemotherapy and after it, area of femoral vein is subject to transdermal influence of red non-coherent light with wavelength λ=0,67 mcm. Maximal power of radiation equals to 4 W. Power flux maximal density equals to 7,5 mW/cm2 at continuous mode of operation. Duration of exposure does not exceed 3 minutes.
EFFECT: improved activity of cyclophosphane; prevention of development of metastases; lower chance of leukocytopenia and intoxication.
