FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, paediatric oncology and may be used in the integrated treatment in infants with hemagiomas. The method involves determining the indications for diagnostic infrared thermography (DIT) within the hemangioma, or within the hemangioma with a septic or tidy wound, or within the hemangioma exulceration, and exposing to monochromatic LED red emission λ=0.67 mcm. On the basis of the DIT values, an energy absorbed dose W, J/cm2 is specified: the DIT values of + 1.0°C to +0.8°C enables using the dose of 2.25; the values of +0.7°C to +0.6°C - the dose of 1.25, the values of +0.5°C to +0.3°C - the dose of 0.9; the values of +0.2°C to +0.1°C - the dose of 0.25. If observing the DIT values of 0°C, the LED emission is not to be recommended as therapeutic exposure.
EFFECT: method provides reducing length of treatment, an individual approach with improving quality of life and functional state of the infant, stimulating the hemangioma regression with formation of a soft cicatrix, with eliminated surgical, cryogenic, hormone treatment, short-focus X-ray therapy.
