FIELD: power engineering, particularly burners for combustion of pulverulent fuel.
SUBSTANCE: solid fuel burner comprises central air supply pipe adapted to eject air, fuel atomizer located outside the central air supply pipe and adapted to eject fluid mixture including solid fuel and conveyance gas, additional vent orifices or pipes to supply additional air flow and one or several ambient air supply pipes. The additional vent orifices or pipes are formed on inner fuel atomizer and used for air ejection. The ambient air supply pipes are located outside fuel atomizer and used to eject air for fuel combustion. Outlet of any or determined central air supply pipe or additional vent orifice or pipe is located upstream of fuel atomizer outlet along process chain of the burner. Heated and/or compressed air is supplied to above additional vent orifices or pipes. Obstruction is created on outer surface of above central air supply pipe beginning from upstream side along process chain of the burner. The obstruction has conical part with diverging cross-section and conical part with converging cross-section. Restricted channel section is created on inner wall of fuel atomizer and is adapted to narrow fuel atomizer channel beginning from upstream side along process chain of the burner and to widen above channel to initial channel dimension. Guiding means to direct ambient air to be ejected is installed at ambient air supply pipe outlet. Pipe widening member is installed at ambient air supply pipe outlet. The widening member is adapted to increase ambient air flow twisting at above pipe outlet to provide air flow ejection at angle of 45° or less with regard to central burner axis. Annular flame stabilizer is located between fuel atomizer and ambient air supply pipe. The flame stabilizer is located opposite to solid fuel and air mixture to be ejected.
EFFECT: reduced nitrogen oxide concentration in exhaust gas flow.
