FIELD: engineering of devices for changing orientation of directional diagram of radiolocation station antenna, possible use in onboard target coordinators (homing heads) of controlled missiles.
SUBSTANCE: radiolocation station antenna is mounted on ball support, made in form of hemisphere of magnetic-soft material. Sphere is held directly to center of back side of antenna and is mounted on concave base, made of previously magnetized magnetic-hard material. For providing for easy movement of sphere along concave base, magnetic liquid is injected into gap between them on basis of oiling oil of given range of operation temperatures.
EFFECT: significant decrease of total weight of antenna structure without decrease of antenna aperture relatively to caliber of missile, thus making it possible to proportionally raise limit launching and radial overloads of missile, allowed for given structure of supporting suspension of antenna.
