FIELD: technology and device for controlling automatic request of transmission repeat in system for high speed data transfer.

SUBSTANCE: device for controlling operation of data channel in mobile communication system contains physical level for separate receipt of packet data and controlling message along packet data channel and data channel and decoding of received packet data and control message, controller of hybrid automatic request of transmission repeat at physical level, for computing results of decoding, received from physical level, and controlling physical level in accordance to result of aforementioned computations; device, representing controller of hybrid automatic request of transmission repeat for repeat of data transfer in mobile station of mobile communication system, contains end machine for making hybrid automatic request of transmission repeat, for receiving status information from physical level and determining results of transfer to current state for state function section and state function section for selecting operation of physical level in accordance to certain result from end machine for making hybrid automatic request of transmission repeat.

EFFECT: decreased load on highest level, possible fast transfer of controlling information via traffic control channel in accordance to result of turbo encoding to upper level independently from number of channels.
