FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed versions of realisation are focused on existing in technology demand in control with lowered overheads and possibility to adjust transmission rate as required. In one aspect the first signal indicates acknowledgment of decoded subpacket reception and if transmission rate control commands are generated, and the second signal conditionally indicates transmission rate control command if it has been generated. In another aspect transmission permit can be generated simultaneously with acknowledgement. In the next aspect mobile station controls the first signal, conditionally controls the second signal as it was specified by the first signal and is able to control the third signal containing transmission permit. In another aspect one or more base stations transmit one or more different signals. Also various other aspects are presented. These aspects have advantage in providing flexibility of control based on transmission permit while using lowered overheads if transmission rate control commands are used.

EFFECT: increase in system use efficiency and carrying capacity.
