SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, mobile station transmits a request through data channel for receiving a file of data through traffic channel. In response to request, transmitter of mobile station begins transmission of data transmission speed control information through data transmission speed control channel. When delivery of requested data file is finished by receiver of mobile station, transmitter stops transmission of data transmission speed control information through data transmission speed control channel from mobile station.
EFFECT: ensured efficient transmission of data transmission speed control information in communications system.
