SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the technology for manufacturing first-course canned food. At first, it is necessary to prepare formula components: one should cut a part of beet to be mixed with drinking water, fermented and strained to obtain kvass, then one should cut the remained part of beet, chop and freeze fresh cabbage, cut and blanch potatoes, boil kidney beans to increase the weight by 150%, cut and stew carrots, onions and parsley root in melted hog fat, cut mutton, lard, apples and greens. All the components mentioned should be mixed with tomato paste, common salt, Jamaica pepper and laurel without oxygen supply followed by packaging the obtained mixture and bone broth at certain expenditure of components taken. This provides to obtain new canned food for first courses of improved digestibility.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
