SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the technology for manufacturing meat-vegetable canned food for cosmic nutrition. It is important to prepare all the ingredients: one should cut a part of beet to mix it with drinking water followed by fermenting and screening to obtain kvas with subsequent boiling and cooling up to 70-85°C, then comes blanching and reducing the rest part of beet upon a roller, chopping, freezing and reducing new white cabbage upon a roller and cutting, blanching and reducing potatoes upon a roller, boiling to increase the weight by 150% and reducing beans upon a roller, cutting, frying in melted butter and reducing carrots, onions and parsley root upon a roller followed by cutting and reducing mutton, lard and apples upon a roller, greens should be also reduced upon a roller. The components mentioned should be mixed with tomato paste, bone broth, sour cream, common salt, a CO2-extract of Pythium or Mortierella micromycete biomass, Jamaica pepper and laurel leaf. The mixture obtained should be packed into aluminum tubes at a certain expenditure of components. The innovation enables to manufacture new canned food for cosmic nutrition being of increased digestibility.
