FIELD: medicine, surgical stomatology.
SUBSTANCE: one should make two vertical incisions along the edges of a hole from vestibular side, separate a mucous-periosteal fragment, dissect, by stepping against fragment's distal edge, a periosteum to separate it from mucosa towards fragment's distal edge, moreover, it is necessary to leave periosteum to be fixed at fragment's distal edge. One should fill toughly a dental hole with hydroxyapatite granules, rotate the developed periosteal fragment at the angle of 90° to cover the hole of a removed tooth. The innovation enables to keep osseous-plastic material in the process of hole's healing and decrease the risk for the development of atrophic processes.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of plasty.
