FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has additional means for reducing longitudinal inertia applied to a patient, the first rigid frame with bed, the first vertical supporting pedicles having the first frame placed in its initial position on their upper ends. The first frame is additionally connected to vehicle floor by means of damper device. The lower damper device end is attached to the floor by means of hinge. The upper damper device end is attached to middle segment of the first frame. The means for reducing longitudinal inertia has the second vertical supporting pedicles of equal length rigidly fixed on the floor. Their length is greater than that of the first supporting pedicles. The second rigid frame is mounted on upper ends of the second supporting pedicles in its initial horizontal position. It is connected to upper ends of props by means of hinges. Upper ends of rigid rods are attached in pairs to the middle part of the second frame by means of hinges. The lower rod ends are rigidly attached to the frontal and back parts of the first frame. Longitudinal prop axes make an acute angle in their upper part with the second rigid frame on the side of the frontal vehicle part. Rotation axes of all hinges are arranged in parallel to each other.

EFFECT: reduced forces applied to patient body areas when braking the vehicle; accelerated rehabilitation treatment course.
