SUBSTANCE: additionally to conventional therapy dealing with introduction of manil-5, vitamin complex and diet N9, intravenous injection of actovegin at the dosage of 400 mg twice daily for 10 d, then - intramuscularly per 200 mg twice daily for 10-15 d, then per 2 dragee 200 mg thrice 30 d and in 3 mo after therapeutic course conducted it is necessary to repeat the introduction of actovegin per 2 dragee 200 mg twice or thrice daily for 15 d. Such implementation enables to normalize carbohydrate metabolism and improve microcirculation in affected organs and tissues.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
