FIELD: medicine, cardiology.
SUBSTANCE: in addition to the complex of conventional therapy it is necessary to introduce actovegin by the following scheme: intravenously at the dosage of 800 mg once daily for 21 d, then intramuscularly at the dosage of 400 mg twice daily for about 18-24 d, then in the form of dragee that contains 200 mg actovegin per 2 dragee four times daily for 15 d, and 3 mo later one should repeatedly introduce actovegin per 2 dragee twice or thrice daily for 15 d. The innovation provides efficient therapy of ischemic cardiac disease due to improved microcirculation and normalization of metabolic myocardial processes.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
