SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with applying collagenase KK 250 U as a preparation for treating postoperational adhesions in organs of abdominal cavity. Collagenase KK 250 U is of high anti-adhesive effect, moreover, therapy should be fulfilled due to electrophoresis technique onto anterior abdominal wall in area of adhesive cord.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
