FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves placing tourniquet on injured extremity arm. The ulnar vein is punctured, blood is forced through blood-contact column and returned into the vein via the same needle. Blood volume under perfusion is equal to 15-50 ml. Then, the second tourniquet is placed on the lower part of the forearm, and the first tourniquet is taken off. The second tourniquet is removed 15-40 min later.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in stimulating vasotropic means production with predominant vasodilator content; improved tissue blood supply; accelerated inflammatory process alleviation and wound healing.
