FIELD: medical devices.
SUBSTANCE: device for low-volume hemoperfusion includes a cylindrical body, a blood-contact preparation and a connector for connecting an injection needle. The cartridges contain a hemocontact preparation. The container is used for air collecting. The body is made of transparent hemocompatible plastic, has both top and bottom covers, clamping rings fixed in the grooves of the body are inserted in the grooves of the outer cylindrical surfaces. Each cartridge is made in the form of a cylindrical container with top and bottom cartridge covers. In the center of the bottom cover of each cartridge there is a cone-shaped protrusion with a hole for blood supply, which is docked with the opening of the top cover of the adjacent cartridge or with the opening of the bottom cover of the housing, and the hole in the top cover of the cartridge is connected with the conical protrusion of the adjacent cartridge or the conical protrusion of the upper housing cover. The top cover of the body on the outside has a slot for connecting a syringe, and the bottom cover of the body on the outside is equipped with a conical protrusion that is compatible with the Luer slip connector for connecting to an injection needle or catheter and is connected on the inside to the cartridge through an air collection container located in the bottom cover of the case.
EFFECT: increasing the effectiveness of the therapeutic effect due to the combination of cartridges with various blood contact preparations combined into a single device.
