FIELD: biology; medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biology and medicine and represents a method for assessing activation capabilities of blood-bornus preparations, in which contact of heparinized donor blood with a blood contact preparation in vitro and incubating it in dynamic mode, wherein during incubation in established intervals of time blood samples are taken, hematograms are recorded in the same time points, the number of cells fixed to the substrate is determined by their number remaining in the liquid phase of blood, and calculating cell adhesion rate for each time interval by formula: V = (A – B)/t, where: V is adhesion speed; A is the number of cells per unit volume of blood in the previous sample; B is the number of cells per unit blood volume in a subsequent sample; t is time between two analyzes; the obtained results are used to evaluate the activation properties of the analyzed preparation.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase information value and effectiveness of the method by including additional blood cells in the study, as well as detect activation of activation processes in adherent blood cells and evaluate activation properties of any foreign materials in contact with blood.
