FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: one should lance purulent focus to remove pus and necrotic tissues followed by draining and medicinal treatment of the obtained wound by applying a filter cloth impregnated with a photosensitizing agent. One should keep the filter cloth on the wound and irradiate wounds with laser light. As a photosensitizing agent one should apply "Photoditasin" at concentration being 0.1-0.2 mcg/ml, the filter cloth should be kept on wound for about 1.5-2.0 h. Irradiation of the wound should be fulfilled with a semiconductor laser at wave length being 0.66±0.03 mcm and power density ranged 0.1-1.0 W/sq. cm, for 30-400 sec. During the first stage of wound healing one should apply a polyvalent filter cloth "DAC-trypsin-mexidol" ("Proteox-TM") as medicinal preparation. At the stage of stabilization it is necessary to apply a filter cloth impregnated with a solution that contains curiosin and vegetable oil at the ratio of 1:1. Moreover, as vegetable oil one should apply tycveolum. The innovation enables to shorten the period for wound healing.
