FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves covering operation wound with 0.4 mm thick perforated free split derma flap under perforation area and total flap area ratio being equal to 1:2. 10 g of serotonin adipinate is intravenously introduced in 200-400 ml of physiologic saline. The transplanted dermal flap is treated with nitrogen oxide produced with Plazon apparatus in NO-therapy mode with treatment duration being equal to 10 s per 1 cm2.
EFFECT: reduced risk of operative wound infection; improved microcirculation and engraftment conditions.
