APPARATUS FOR CLEANING INNER SURFACE OF TUBES BY REMOVING DEPOSITS Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC B08B9/32 B08B5/00 

FIELD: cleaning inner surfaces of tubes by removing preservation lubricant, corrosion products, paraffin, different deposits, old vanish coating in different industry branches, for example in oil-, gas processing, chemical, food making industry branches.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes thermal gas generator in housing of which combustion chamber and nozzle for discharging high temperature gas are mounted with gap. Said gap is communicated with branch pipe communicating with line for air supply and arranged at outlet of combustion chamber. Shut-off organ is arranged in air supply line for providing two fixed values of flow rate, namely for driving apparatus and for providing its working mode. In wall of combustion chamber there is network of radial ducts for supplying air. Precombustion chamber in the form of two shells defining lengthwise slit between them is arranged in front part of combustion chamber. Said lengthwise slit is communicated with gap at side of wall of gas generator housing. Outer shell is joined with wall of combustion chamber; inner shell is placed at radial slit gap relative to end wall. At inlet of precombustion chamber centrifugal jet for fuel and ignition member are eccentrically mounted.

EFFECT: enlarged range of diameters of cleaned tubes to side of lower diameters, increased resource, high operational reliability, simplified maintenance.
