DEVICE FOR CLEANING OF PIPE INTERNAL SURFACE FROM DEPOSITS Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: petrochemical, gas and food industries. SUBSTANCE: device is used for cleaning of pipe internal surface from products of corrosion, paraffin and different petroleum deposits. Device has thermal gas generator, branch pipe for connection of hoses with air and fuel, hollow tie-rod for delivery of abrasive material to branch pipe positioned coaxially relative to combustion chamber. Combustion chamber is installed inside body with clearance communicating with air outlet branch pipe from side of nozzle for high-temperature gas outlet. Swirler is positioned at air-flow inlet to combustion chamber. Inlet of branch pipe for delivery of fuel to combustion chamber is provided with centrifugal fuel nozzle. Element for ignition of combustible mixture is arranged on side opposite to fuel nozzle. Branch pipe made of abrasive-resistant material is arranged in branch pipe intended for delivery of abrasive material coaxially with that branch pipe. Space between branch pipes communicates with cold air flow from side of swirler. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of cleaning. 3 cl, 2 dwg
