APPARATUS FOR REMOVING INNER DEPOSITS FROM INNER SURFACE OF TUBE Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

Abstract RU 2184002 C1

FIELD: cleaning inner surface of tubes after their exploitation in different industry branches by removing corrosion products, paraffin and different oil deposits. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes heated gas generator, branch pipes connected with hoses for supplying air, combustible and abrasive materials, hollow tie rod and nozzle for outlet of high-temperature gas. Apparatus has bent housing inside which combustion chamber of heated gas generator is mounted with gap relative to housing; contour of combustion chamber corresponds to shape of housing. Combustion chamber is communicated with air supply branch pipe at side of nozzle for outlet of high-temperature gas. At inlet of combustion chamber there are mounted concentrically : swirler and centrifugal combustible jet. Unit for igniting combustible mixture is mounted on lateral wall of combustion chamber. Injector with mixing chamber placed inside it is arranged at outlet of nozzle. Mixing chamber is connected with branch pipe for supplying abrasive material.
